Code of Ethics
Ethical manufacturing
for social sustainability.
We have always focused very closely on protecting the social aspects of doing business.
Acting in line with ethical principles means clearly defining the responsibilities and rights of the parties involved in the company’s activity, ensuring that they join forces in a process of positive growth, based on participation and sharing.
In addition to formalising our commitment by complying with the ETI base Code, we also strive to ensure that our suppliers also respect these rules.

Domus Line endorses and respects the ethical principles of the ETI base code.
The ETI ethical base code is promoted by ETI – Ethical Trading Initiative whic is a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers’ rights around the globe.
The ETI base cose is internationally recognised and considers nine base rules:
1. Employment is freely chosen
2. Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected
3. Working conditions are safe and hygienic
4. Child labour shall not be used
5. Living wages are paid
6. Working hours are not excessive
7. Not discrimination is practiced
8. Regular employment is provided
9. No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed
DOMUS Line respects and carefully puts into practice these ethical principles encompassing all of the company’s activities because a healthy and calm working environment is one of the key factors in its successful business.
The application of these ethical standards doesn’t just apply within our company, as DOMUS Line controls and is constantly committed to ensure that these rules are also respected by its local and international suppliers.
