We offer a comprehensive set of certifications and specialised consultancy to ensure the regulatory compliance of our products and simplify customs operations. Thanks to our continuous commitment, our partners can market their products in over 70 countries.

The Global Market Access (GMA) programme embodies our integrated approach to ensuring product compliance with current regulations in various international markets. By combining a complete portfolio of certifications with specialised technical consulting services, GMA provides our partners with the necessary support to efficiently and securely meet global market access requirements.

A comprehensive set of certifications designed to facilitate access to major international markets and support the efficient commercialisation of lighting, power, and control devices—reducing time-to-market and minimising risks related to non-compliance.

In the absence of a specific certification, a team of experts specialised in international product certification and compliance provides targeted consultancy to identify and apply the relevant regulations. This approach ensures product compliance, reduces time and costs for market entry, and helps avoid customs delays or other export-related challenges.

Before being placed on the market, every product undergoes rigorous safety and performance testing in compliance with the applicable directives, standards, and regulations of the target international markets.

The set of certifications, combined with technical consultancy, provides reliability in the export process, reducing the risk of operational issues at customs or, in extreme cases, shipment blocks and market entry bans.

GLOBAL

The CB Scheme marking refers to an international system for the mutual acceptance of CB test reports and certificates concerning the safety of electrical and electronic products and components. It is a multilateral scheme in force in participating countries and certification organisations, based on the use of international standards (IEC).

EUROPE

All luminaires bearing the CE marking indicate that they have been designed and manufactured in compliance with the relevant European Directives (such as those on Ecodesign and Ecolabeling). This ensures the right for these products to be freely marketed in all European Union member states. Domus Line certifies compliance with these directives by adhering to the requirements of the Harmonized European Technical Standards (EN) and, consequently, the international standards (IEC).

ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification) is a voluntary quality mark for electrical products that also certifies compliance with a set of harmonized electrical safety standards (EN). The mark, issued by independent third-party organisations, is recognised by countries within the European Community, those of EFTA (a governmental organisation whose members include Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland), and some Eastern European countries.

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking, which replaces the CE marking following the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union, has been mandatory since 1 January 2021, as a certification method for goods placed on the market in England, Wales, and Scotland.

The Eurasian Conformity (EAC) mark certifies that products comply with the regulations of the Customs Union between the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Armenia.

TÜV Rheinland is a voluntary quality mark for electrical products that also certifies compliance with a range of harmonised electrical safety standards (EN).

NORTH AMERICA

The UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.) Mark indicates that a product complies with the applicable standards or other regulatory requirements in force in the United States (US) and Canada (C), concerning potential risks of fire, electric shock, and mechanical hazards.

ASIA

The Diamond PSE Mark (Product Safety Electric Appliance and Materials) is a mandatory certification in Japan, indicating that the product complies with the safety regulations for electrical devices and materials (DENAN)

The KC Mark Korea Certification ensures that a product meets the Korean safety standards, known as K Standards.

CCC (China Compulsory Certification) is a mandatory mark for a wide range of products to be distributed in China.

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is the National Standards Body of India operating under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution of the Indian Government. BIS certification guarantees the quality, safety, and reliability of products in compliance with Indian standards (IS).

OCEANIA

The RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) indicates that a device complies with all applicable regulations set by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and the relevant local and government safety requirements for electrical devices in Australia and New Zealand.
